TRESPASS

Trespass R&D 2023
Sheffield & Manchester

The project uses the Kinder Scout Trespass of 1932 as a starting point for exploring contemporary land justice movements, in partnership with Sheffield Theatres & Working Class Movement Library, with archive material from Manchester Jewish Museum.

Led by Tash Hyman, Tommo Fowler, Sonia Jalaly & Kieran Lucas

Taking place across two weeks at Sheffield Theatres and Partisan Collective (Manchester) we used sound, archive material and foley to create 30 minutes of material which was shared on Thursday 16th November.

Following the sharing was a discussion with the artists, local Right to Roam campaigners and local historian.
